Our clients at The KB Project were looking to sell their home and wanted our assistance to improve their resale value and profit. This couple wanted to make small upgrades while saving as much money as they could. This project included both interior & exterior upgrades and the couple was extremely thrilled with the work we provided. Despite being a "buyers market" at the time, their home quickly sold and for over asking!

The McNiven project was a rewarding experience for our team where we were able to see the way our work transformed this entire home and brought new life to a once dark and dated space. Removing walls and opening up rooms, and adding modern upgrades while keeping some of this homes original character transformed this space into a luxurious retreat in the woods.
